I have experience with land, lots, residential, multi unit, commercial, office, REO servicing BPO represention as well as International real estate transactions of all types in Central America.

I support many local charities. Rotary International Rancho Santa Fe, Kids Korps USA, Armed Forces YMCA, Pro Kids Golf Academy, Friends of San Pascal Acadmey. I perform at charity events with my Guitar and Vocals and promote these worthy events.
